Class 3 treatment examples
Class 3 malocclusion can be caused by a small upper jaw, a large lower jaw or a combination of both.
In addition to a reduced or reverse overjet there can also be anomaly of the vertical growth of the face or facial asymmetry and any number of local dental anomalies occuring together with the underlying Class 3 skeleton. All cases shown on this page were treated without jaw surgery or TADs and are adolescents.
