These are Class 3 malocclusion – lower jaw too big without jaw surgery

Here there is a missing tooth on the lower left a reverse overjet and deep bite. Regular Braces were used

This case has a narrow upper jaw an open bite and a reverse overjet. This case was treated with a maxillary expander, extraction of 4 premolars and fixed braces
